We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with UK GDPR regulations. All personal data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing psychological services. We do not share information without consent, except where required by law.

Eligibility

Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. We do not offer therapy or assessments for children or adolescents.

Data Protection & Record Keeping​

Client records are kept securely and in line with professional and legal requirements. Records are retained for a minimum period as required by law before secure disposal.

Cancellation Policy​

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Payments are made at the end of the session unless otherwise agreed.

Ethical Practice​

We adhere to the professional codes of conduct set by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), ensuring ethical, evidence-based practice at all times.
