Over the course of the sessions I really felt layers were peeling away, in a very calm way. I don’t know if there was a formula, but the responses and tactics felt very personal and very natural. There was a framework but it was flexible enough to react to things that arose.
Clare and Ruth’s coaching practice is strongly rooted in evidence theory and experience. Flexible and tailored to the individual. Supportive, open and encouraging.
